Frequently asked questions

What does the file I receive contain?

A personal HTML page with your signatures, an editor to change your details yourself (name, role, phone, template, colors, links), a “Copy signature” button and the setup guide for Gmail, Outlook and Zoho Mail.

Why not a PDF?

A signature must be HTML to hold clickable links and icons. A PDF cannot be pasted into a mail app.

Will my logo show for my recipients?

Yes: we host your logo on our site so that it displays in the messages you send.

Can I change my signature later?

Yes, write to us: a change of number, role or link is done quickly.
