Is the QR code paid?
It is free until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 it costs 200 FCFA per document, once only, whatever the number of pages: it is placed on the last page, and the photo on the first. It is generated on your device, in black on white with the standard quiet zone, so it scans without errors.
Can I add my logo to a quote or invoice?
Yes, on business documents (quote, invoice, receipt, purchase order, reminder, company profile): 200 FCFA, once per document. Your logo stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
How much does a CV or letter cost?
A page without signature costs 500 FCFA, with signature 800 FCFA, with photo 700 FCFA, with photo and signature 1,000 FCFA. Each extra page adds 250 FCFA, whatever the photo or signature (two pages without options: 750 FCFA). The QR code is free until 31 December 2026, then 200 FCFA. The price is shown live as you type and the preview is free.
What if I add a page, a photo or a signature after paying?
You keep what you paid and only pay the difference to download the new version, online, during the 7 editing days. If you remove the addition, you get back the version already paid for at no cost.
How do I get the PDF?
After payment, the “Download PDF” button becomes active. Your browser opens the print window: choose “Save as PDF”. On iPhone, use Share then Save to Files. Text and QR code stay sharp, because the PDF is not an image.
What payment methods are available?
One simple, secure method: Mobile Money or bank card via FedaPay. You are redirected to a secure payment page, then you come back here. The download unlocks automatically once confirmed.
What happens to my photo, signature and text?
Photo and signature are processed only in your browser: they are never sent to our servers. The text you type is saved at payment so you can edit your document, then deleted 7 days later. Details in the privacy policy.
Does the signature have legal value?
It is a simple electronic signature (an image). It suits an application, a letter or a routine request, but it does not replace a legalised signature or an official stamp. An authority may require the hand-signed original. We do not guarantee any legal value before an authority.
Will recruitment software read my CV?
Templates marked “ATS” (Classic, Plain ATS, Academic, Minimal) use a single column of plain text, which these systems read well. Use the “ATS-friendly” filter in the Template step.
Do you guarantee a job?
No. We help you present your background clearly and professionally; the outcome of an application depends on your profile and the employer.
